Nedbank, Too cool for school, too cool for new Business.

I've been with Nedbank here in Worcester for a while. Got a credit card there etc. Got fantastic service there in getting it all set-up, so, when I decided to start another business venture we decided to use Nedbank of course.

We opened a business account at Worcester branch in High-Street. The account never functioned properly. A lot of back and forth with getting the login details (Pin) to work. This was never sorted out. We reached out to them via mail and telephonically, yet to no avail. Thus, we started using our personal bank accounts to trade. After getting a mail to settle bank costs for the account we never used, we paid in full and closed the account.

We were told on several occasions that the bank manager was going to reach out, (Stian) months later, still waiting. I spoke to the call center today and they said he will reach out. I'm still waiting.

One would think that in today's economic climate, Nedbank would be more willing to join hands with a business that wants to uplift the local economy. Same with Elizabeth. She never gets back to you.( Lady that handled the closure of the account.) For all you entrepeneurs that want to start a new business in the breedvallei area, steer clear of Nedbank.
