Nedbank, too big to care

Nedbank has become too large to care about their customers. Nedbank has so called "client managers" to look after a customer profile, yet they cannot resolve a simple issue nor provide satisfactory explanations. The problem gets passed on from one division to another with the hope that the customer just suck up the loss of interest and the problem "disappers".
