NEDBANK TO THE RESCUE !

As a technophobe of industrial strength, and living in an age when each of us is being driven - most quite willingly it seems - into an evermore complex digital age, it's comforting to know that Nedbank ( in particular the Kloof KZN Branch ) still features a human interface ("interface"? I'm learning the jargon....but only the jargon, not the s****!) to assist techno-challenged clients like me. #SupportLocal certainly applies in this case - were it not for Sonja and her colleagues fielded by Nedbank to help digitally-hopeless cases like me ( but I'm not alone - stop laughing!) there'd be just another in the Dole Queue....hoping it doesn't just lead to yet another bewildering ATM machine! Thanks Nedbank....for holding off the complete elimination of human staff!
