Nedbank to help me to get paid up letter

Can someone from nedbank please help me to get a paidup letter from MBD,as I made payment to MBD on behalf of nedbank,I can't get help from those sick and unprofessional people,I made payment more than two months ago but my credit report is still showing that I'm owing nedbank,may someone please help me I'm really tired of MBD people
