Nedbank Title Deeds Lost!!!

My employer required a copy of my title deed, I went to Nedbank in Branch on 25Jan 2016 to get it and they said they were not able to pick it up on the system. Told me to contact home loans. After numerous calls and delays on Nedbank end I had no Joy. <br> Then on 30 Jan 206 went to Galleria Branch for help. Consultant said system couldn't access the information, I was frustrated to say the least. She however managed to give me a tax invoice/balance certificate. I contacted home loans department and got reference no. 78563***. They told me I should receive contact within 3 days meaning 1-3 Feb 2016 and nothing received. I contacted a Thandile on 4th Feb still no joy. Sent from pillar to post. I contacted Nkuleko on 5th Feb, she said the documents were in Gauteng and has come to KZN. I was totally irritated and I laid an complaint at the complaints department. i was given a reference number 26625XX. She said he will get back to me and still awaiting for a call back, 9th Feb call him, Pamela from complaints department and said he will contact me asap.<br> <br> How *********** is Nedbank, that I cannot get at least a clear idea of when I can get my title deed and to whm to spke 2
