Nedbank Three Rivers branch manager not taking customers seriously.

Nedbank Three Rivers branch manager is not taking her clients seriously. It's now 2 years in a row that she failed to process a club account payment timeously. She did the same thing in 2023. We practically had to beg her to do her job. Club members need their money.

There's nothing wrong with Nedbank. They just need to get their employees, more so management to do what's expected of them.
