Nedbank Threatens to takes money WITHOUT permission even though account is up to date!

I have been receiving SMS saying that I do not pay my account and they will be taking my movable assets and contact my work to arrange IRO. I pay my account every month and I confirmed with Nedbank Retail Recovery dept : Basner Negiah and Nicole (who refuse to give her surname,) that my account is up to date.

They say I should ignore the SMS's and no action will be taken against me. I do not trust them and want the sms to stop!

I feel threaten and concern they will contact my work and take from my salary without my permission. (This has happened before) even though I pay my account every month!!
