Nedbank threatening SMS

I got an SMS from Nedbank threatening me. My bank account was debited on the 1 April 2021 (by Nedbank), and today on the 06 April 2021 I received a very scathing and threatening text from them saying I should expect a possible SHERIFF VISIT TODAY at my address to serve the court notices. And then I quickly get on the phone with my blood boiling and the consultant named Natasha says she's sorry because the system hasn't reflected on their side that I made payment because Monday was a public holiday. But then who's fault is that? Am I the one who created that holiday? Why their stupid system didn't fail to threaten me as well? I mean what ******* nonsensical system is that? Nxa, I'm beyond ****ed.
