Nedbank Threatening Me Despite Having Received Payment

I have a personal loan with Nedbank, which is currently in arrears. In May, I had made an arrangement with Nedbank Retail Recoveries department to deduct R500 per month via debit order. The debit order never went off, as had been arranged telephonically. Then, in June I called Nedbank and advised them of this. Still no debit order went off on my account.

I started receiving threatening SMSes from Nedbank, saying that the sherriff will be paying me a visit. I contacted Pamela, who is the only efficient person I have dealt with at Nedbank Retail Recoveries thus far, and she advised me to make a payment electronically so long, and she would ensure that the debit order for R500 is scheduled to go off on my account on a monthly basis.

I then proceeded to pay R200 electronically towards my loan around the 20th of August. At the end of August, the debit order of R500 was deducted successfully. Hence you received R700 in total in August.

Today I have AGAIN received threatening SMSes from you, stating that you will come repossess my belongings as I have defaulted payment for June and July.

Excuse me, but it is NOT my fault if your people didn't load the debit order successfully when they were supposed to!

Furthermore, when I phoned your retail recoveries department this afternoon (around 12:20) I spoke to a VERY RUDE person who continuously told me that "the issue is that you defaulted on your payment in June and July), and advised me that I am behind and you are within your rights to send the sherriff to me. Let me tell you something, the issue is that your people didn't do their work properly in the first place, and that is what led to you not receiving payment in June. The R200 I paid in August, was meant for July. I really thought that me making a payment (even if only R200) would atleast show you that I am trying. I don't appreciate the rude attitude of your staff, or the inefficiency thus far.

STOP sending me threatening SMSes. I AM PAYING YOU. What more do you want from me??? The debit order is scheduled to go off every month, and it has been successful last month once your people finally scheduled it correctly. If this is a problem for you, let me know and you can get R200 per month as I am entitled to pay.
