Nedbank Threatening Me and Wasting My Time

Nedbank threatened me after their Systems flopped and allowed my unused current account to be overdrawn. They said if I don't pay, they will have me blacklisted, I then accepted their suggestion to debit my account over time to have this nonsense closed and they setup a debit order that was supposed to start last month. It didn't, now I am calling them and they are transferring me to the next person, running around in circles, just telling me they know nothing. PLEASE DEBIT YOUR MONEY AND CLOSE THIS F*** ACCOUNT OR I WILL CHECK WHAT THE BANKING OMBUDSMAN HAS TO SAY ABOUT ALL THIS. MXIM
