Nedbank threatening clients

Nedbank sending threatening emails!! Nedbank NEVER understands how to deal with clients in a respectful manner. They ensure clients that they will NEVER request personal information via email or other means but then they have the audacity to threaten their clients when so-called tax compliant information is not provided on-line!! When one tries to contact them on the email address THEY provide, the email cannot be delivered due to their poor systems. One therefore has no option but to revert to public forums to alert the public about Nedbank's conduct. DO NOT BANK WITH NEDBANK unless you want to be treated like dirt.
