Nedbank threatening Attorney threatening with the sherif n cele

As one receives a threatening message from nedbanks collection attorney Erasmus due to a collection/payment not been made on a credit provided by nedbank due to the Covid19 pandemic and job loss through this pandemic is *******. It falls under "force majere" something that is out of one's control. As one takes out credit from these big corporations there are fees and insurances which are calculated into payments for the misfortune of Job loss, Natural disasters, death, disability etc. Now with that being said the following 1. Harrasment via Email, Telephone call, SMS is *******. 2. Being handed over for collections handed over during Covid Pandemic is ******* (Force Majure) 3. Attaching one's detachable assets is ******* on both parties due to Nedbank having insurances calculated and taken out once credit has been issued and payments been received by, by Nedbank (You are covered by this policy/insurance which Nedbank has taken out and which you have paid for from the day you have received your credit). 4. By having a threat/claim from Nedbank and Erasmus Attorney has the following taken place A,. Phone call with response from your Client B. A email with a response from your Client C. A registered letter issued by Nedbank that your client has signed for which acknowledges receipt of letter of demand. And the above also applies to the collections attorney or an agent. Can Nedbank please provide me with feedback on above matter.
