Nedbank, this is not the way to treat tourists.

My visitor from Germany was refused assistance with his Forex by an extremely rude woman in the Benoni branch on 24th January. She spoke to him as if he were trying to commit a crime and suggested that he had forged a date in his visa to show he had only just arrived. Apparently this woman does not understand that you do not treat visitors to our country in this manner and that tourism is something we desperately need to cultivate as we recover from the pandemic. Nedbank, be assured that this treatment will be mentioned every time one of our friends considers travel to South Africa. A very poor recommendation indeed. Fortunately a different bank was more than friendly and more than helpful. I wish this was an isolated incident, but frankly I have never had a good experience with Nedbank.
