Nedbank *******! Extra Charges!

In January i have upgraded from a Savvy Plus to a Savvy Bundle Account, The person that did the upgrade did not do their job properly!

Yesterday 04-02-2020 I have seen charges on my credit account for the following Maintenance Fee - R 57.00 Greenbacks Linkage - R 23.00 Credit Facility Fee - R 26.00

But these are included in the savvy bundle account which cost R 210.00

So why was i billed these charges?

I Contact Cynthia via the Money App, She has told me that the credit account was not upgraded, how am i supposed to know that? she was very helpful, and told me she could not assist and will log a case and a consultant will be in touch.

I am still waiting for that call to have this issue resolved!
