NEDBANK - ******* AND BULL****TERS!

It is almost a month since I found out that NEDBANK has me listed as a defaulter on a personal loan that was settled in June 2019. Subsequent to querying the adverse listing on my credit record I was debited on 19/12/2019 for the same personal loan that was settled. since then I have been calling to get my money refunded and all i have been getting is different SLAs and requirements with each follow up call I make. This whole debarcle has put a very bad taste in my m,outh when it comes to NEDBANK. I want my money refunded that is all, but no I keep getting told there is nothing that can be done to speed up the process!
