Nedbank, they just don't care

Good day,

Nedbank recently informed me that I am under debt review. You can imagine my shock as I know I am not under debt review. But to make sure I contacted the NCR and they confirmed that I am not.

They, the NCR advised me to phone my bank (Nedbank) and ask for a written confirmation stating who provided that record to them. I phoned Nedbank now 7 times, and not any, of the departments can assist me, the debt review department does not even have any record of me.

It seems that the consultants are not knowledgeable about the workings of the bank and also do not know how to resolve it.
