Nedbank the worst you can get most dishonest bank

Nedbank is the worst bank to bank with as I'm paying off my credit card every month for the last 4 years and want to settle my account i picked up they charge me double every month for legal fees so im only paying R100 on my account as should be done paying it but now i picked up only paid R3500 in 4 years as as should have been R24000.The call centre is useless as no one is picking up and they pick up phone they drop it again and very very rude.i was 2 hour in branch today and still nothing has been resolved
