nedbank the worst client service bank ever!!!!

I am appauled at the service levels at nedbank. I ask them last week already to identify a deduction that took place on my account on the 13th october ive yet to get a clear responce . I tried to send money using remitance wednessday the 12th october the money was returned today claiming kyc nonsence, yet my friend who uses fnb used the same services for the first time on thursday and the friday reflected by friday. This bank does not respond to complaints, its week in helping clients who are working abroad, even vodocom had the decency to arrange a facebook interaction with me. It is so backward in its aproach to banking and client service.
