Nedbank - The WORST Banking Service Imaginable

I was incorrectly debited for an amount just shy of my full salary, earlier this month by the nedbank collections team. This despite having made an arrangement with legal and numerous phones calls about prior instances of incorrect debits for the same account.

Because of this I have been unable to work due to not having money for petrol and unable to buy food. Instead I had to lend money just to survive because of Nedbank's incompetence and terrible service.

It has been more than 2 weeks now and despite escalating the urgency of the matter numerous times, they still have not paid. Today was the due date for when they said it would be paid and still nothing. Instead I get treated with complete rudeness by the agents on their call Centre line.
