Nedbank the worst bank to bank with !!!

I used to love Nedbank but during this pandemic their customer service has been useless. There is no communication about payment holidays and they are forcing payments through when the correct paperwork has been submitted. Their excuse is that the paperwork has no been submitted. Yet I have the emails to prove everything. I have been fighting with them for the last 3 months. They are USELESS and that is putting it politely. Not to mention how unfriendly and unhelpful their staff is. I’ve been with this bank for more than 10 years. This is absolutely appalling !!!
