NEDBANK - The worst bank ever😭😭😭😭

The worst bank ever. I have been sent from one consultant to the other, have been to branch so many times. The details on the cards wrong, the app not working, cant access investment account, cant change pin to my cards. Everything is wrong. No assistance....i don't know what to do anymore...
