Nedbank the worst bank

The worst bank ever, I opened card with them and they did not do fica activation and I was not aware, then my mom transferred an amount of R2000 to the card and there was no money in the card, went to the branch and they advise that once fica is activated the money will reflect on the card, but even there is now there is no money on that card, I really regret open bank card with this bank, I am disgusted by it the least to say.
