If I could give 0 rating I would. I’ve spoken to three consultants on the app , LULAMILE NGIDI , MUSA FLOYD and PRISCILLA and I’m still waiting for their manager to call me. I’ve been chatting on this app for 3 hours now and no assistance all they can say is lodge a complaint, what’s the purpose of the customer service department. I swear every agent I’ve spoken to sounds like a robot. No ones ever willing to help, all they promise is contact you back. The inconsistency and convenience caused this bank is unbearable.
