Nedbank the worse Call Centre no TCF Compliance observed

The Nebank Call Centre is the worst of all the banks, their agents and managers dont known what they are rw doing they promise but never deliver on their promise, its been now a week waiting for e my refund after e closing my visa. They don't n even know their complaints email address no TCF is beng done to clients I have vw ean out of options as they also don't their own processes
