Nedbank the works bank ever to apply for a credit card

I have never in my life experienced such an *********** bank in my life. i app**** for a credit card with Nedbank that was approved. I submitted documents more than 10 times. Pre agreement was signed and my card was ordered. Only to get a message this morning that it was declined without having the opportunity to supply the addition documents they needed. With an income of R160-R170 K per month i wonder what the pending criteria is for Nedbank, Do I need bad credit to finally qualify? Poor, unprofessional and disgusting service.
