Nedbank the Spammers

It is amazing. Leave a bank and they will still hound you. I have asked Nedbank several times to stop sending me market related material. Yet each month I get a "Credit rating has improved" email. There is no unsubscribe feature, no reply from their customer care. What else do you eventually have to do to get off their mailing lists? I've now taken it to the Ombudsman. It is simple Nedbank, follow Section 11 of the CPA and have an unsubscribe button. Is that too difficult for your programmers to include in the spam you eventually send me? I clearly stated in my email I revoke all access to my personal information, if you had to compensate me contravening this, I bet you would be way more diligent.
