Nedbank, the slackers

My husband passed away 2021 and wrote his will with FNB. He had funds in Nedbank and I just don't understand why Nedbank is so uninterested in assisting us to send my husband's money to his estate account so that it can be distributed according to his will. The first time I experienced this issue was when we requested his personal account funds to be sent, I literally had to the branch with my documents to do so after reporting their reluctance to their complaints department. Now it's the issue of his business funds, it is just so exhausting. This money does not belong to them, I am not asking for a loan. I don't even know what to do anymore. Nedbank is just a trauma, please do not leave your will there. I will be escalating to Ombudsman bank, I suggest everyone that has issues with this bank to do the same. Maybe they'll start pulling up their socks.
