Nedbank - The poor bank for non professionals

<p>Ladies and Gentlemen, are u a professional? Stay away from Nedbank. I have never encoutered such pathetic and non professional service in my 40 years in banking! Without belitting anyone, Nedbank work still will 1950's systems and have NO idee what professionalism is or what it means. I even tried to have a meeting with the CEO, Mr. Brown just to hear him say that Nedbank is a non professional bank and treats professionals in a very non professional manner! LOL! Mr. Brown must be some god because he to inportant to see a insignificent professional like me.</p> <p>I app**** for a increase in my bond. Nope there responce I can not afford it. After investigating the issue, these people, who love pages and pages of forms, ask you for your expenditures. Right, no problem. Then they get some financial input who gives the same info you just put in your application and ADD it!! So all your expenses is doubled!! How pathetic and what a joke.</p> <p>I requested a official letter why I can not afford about R700 more on my income, I get some insulting (nothing saying) letter from a so called team leader with NO contact details of this guy of a day old. Again, some god who can not be contacted because I assume he does not like answering questions. </p> <p>I had to close my cheque account because of blatent patheticness!! Wow people, how does these people get away with this kind of service??? Nor does the bank only cater for little desperate people who they can manipulate as they like.</p> <p>If you an upcoming propfessional, stay away from Nedbank! They do not know the first principal of what is professional all about. </p>
