NEDBANK THE MOST USELESS FINANCIAL INSTITUTION.

NEDBANK your service is POOR. Every time you call in to follow up on a loan it's the same answer...."IT'S IN THE BACK OFFICE" I have been told all is in order & the funds will be released in 24 to 48 hours. I submitted all the documents & accepted the mandate BUT 5 days later still no funds! You call in only to speak to a different person each time who cannot give you a straight answer. All I need is honesty!!!!! You lack customer service.
