Nedbank the most undigital of the banks

Nedbank forces you to move to their new banking App - Nedbank Money - then takes away your ability to add benefecaries - i think Nedbank misunderstood what digital banking and online banking is all about. If i get one more message from nedbank either online or telephonically to GO INTO A BRANCH, i am going to seriously loose my mind!!!! THIS IS 2020 - not 1820 - why have you disabled my ability to add beneficies - who i spend and how i spend MY MONEY should not be determined by the bank, they are to provide a service to enable this - for which i am paying an awful truck load of admin fees for - so why am i not able to do something as simple as add a beneficiary???????????
