Nedbank the glen is the most *********** branch ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst branch ever!!!!! The most *********** staff compliment ever !!!!!! I deposited cash into the cash vault machine, there was no paper for the slip to print firstly, I brought it to the attention of the host on the day. The next day money still hD not reflected in my account, went there on Saturday morning to query it. I was helped by a very nice lady I did t get her name but she took down my details and said they’d get back to me as the people who do maintenance on the machine do not work on weekends. That was fine I went home , I understood. Monday comes, still no money. I called the branch and they don’t answer their calls the entire day and when I finally do get my call answered , a rude lady asks me what the problem was. She then asked me to hold while she shrieked with laughter in the background with her colleagues, forgetting that I was holding on. She then hung up the phone. I called back and again they’re not answering the phone !!!!! What the hell is going on in that damn branch??? Do they even care about their clients? Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!
