Nedbank The Glen cannot update telephone contact details

<p>today on Xmas Eve, my daughter walked into The Glen Nedbank after Customer Service call centre consultant declined to update her telephone contacts on her account and referred her to the Branch. Her contact details have NOT been updated as she was told they cant find her id number on the system BUT her passport number. Amazingly, this account was opened at Southgate Branch using an Identity document NOT a passport. This is disgusting service one can experience on Xmas Eve. Call my daughter and update her contact details as I dont expect that NEDBANK will expect her to waste her time and money travelling to a Branch to do this update. Her new number ********** </p>
