Nedbank the biggest ******* in banking history

For over half a year now Nedbank are unable to reset my profile and get my app working so I can get my money out of 32 day call account , they refuse to give me my money over the counter without charging me what is basically a quarter of my savings , this bank is pure trash and every time I enter a different branch The service is even more pathetic and I find only *********** fools that shud not be aloud to count change never mind handle my small account , for half a year I've wasted so much time energy and days off from work trying to get help that I'm ready to have a major freak out , Nedbank sucks , bunch of ******* dressed in green , it is my money ,why the hell can they not take my finger print id card and a sample of blood I just want my money for god sakes , thank you hellopeter, I was advised to come say what I feel here , I hope I get the help exposing this story because Nedbank is robbing me , I cannot pay a quarter of my savings just to get it transferred by a teller , why must I suffer and try fix their app so I can get my entire savings out
