NEDBANK THE BANK YOU SHOULD AVOID DEALING WITH

I am actually beyond a loss of words. How much more of a mess can this bank make my financial life?

Nedbank personal loans department is a joke. They take money from your account as they please and when you call to enquire they blame it on their TRACKING SYSTEM. Perhaps its time for a new system Nedbank, your contact errors are costing us a lot more than you know! My credit score is being affected.

My debit order date is the 18th of each month. You have debited me along with the extra R150 as per arrangement. This arrangement was extended on Friday , the 31s July.

I have attached a reference number and person I spoke to.

The bank notified me today that they will debit me again. Why WHY WHY can Nedbank not get their stuff in order.

This needs to be fixed. I am paying customer and I am sick of the ill treatment from this bank and their inconsistent service.
