Nedbank - the bank where you can access payments when you need to.

After 5 years of knowing about constant issues caused by Timezone differences on their servers compared to overseas Mastercard and Visa servers Nedbank has still not fixed it's service.

Also 2FA is a Stuff up with Nedbank. USSD propmpts (Read confirmation messages on your phone) often don't come through and SMS tokens are delayed by 10-15minutes if they arrive at all. The time has come to re-introduce hardware tokens Nedbank. Take some notes from Capitec which has made this available to consumers not just businesses.

I've had similar frustrations in getting Nedbank to open up my card for international use after visiting their branch and confirming everything is in order. I leave the country and it takes 6weeks and heated discussions before Nedbank wakes up and opens up the card. Really?!

What use is a bank if it fails to perform it's most basic service which is giving you access to your money when you need it?
