Nedbank the bank of incompetence

Nedbank has a bunch of *********** people working for them, for 1 the allow someone to open a credit card on my name. I now try to ask them to assist me with a letter to confirm they have resolved this issue and yet again more incompetence. their ***** depart is useless in my opinion. i will never recommend or useless Nedbank ever. useless institution.
