Nedbank the backward bank

Why Does Nedbank Tygervalley make banking an impossible task? They are the only bank in the center that have queues 20 deep outside the bank. The reason is the dosmal service in the bank. I arrived to collect a card that apparently had been at the branch since the beginning of May, I have not had a notification that the card is at the bank. The ticket service system in the branch does not work, I received a ticket number, the screen indicated that I was the only card collection customer and I would have a 3 minute wait, after 20 minutes of waiting I was still the only collection customer and my indicated wait had moved up to 18 minutes?????? Possibly time to move banking services after my 24 years of loyalty.
