Nedbank that accepts and declines within seconds!

I currently have a loan with Nedbank and I have many small accounts and Nedbank offers a consolidation loan so you basically pay one amount.

I called in and did an application as my big loan is with them, I haven't missed a payment or have never even been late on a payment so I figured they would be the best option as I have no built a relationship.

On the call i get told, the amount that I want is too high and the system kicked out a different amount which was less due to my affordability which made no sense because if you consolidate you wont have all the other things to pay only one loan but never the less I told the guy he can call me back I will think about it as I could pay off 2 clothing accounts with the extra money.

Happy with my service, I said I would actually now want to switch account to Nedbank and he said a lady from that department will call me back and he would call me back later the day.

I got no call from either one of them to date and then I receive an SMS to say I need to collect my card at the branch. I was confused so I called again this morning and I was told the card is ready for collection, no further information when I said but the consultant did not call me back with any information (what I get with the account etc. )

I then asked about the loan application and they say oh the system declined it I cant tell you why but you need to call back. So to get this straight.. the bank account was opened to switch no questions asked, I was given an amount that suddenly declined after an account was opened? Even the consultant did not say actually let me investigate and call you back.. she said to me, sorry you need to call back for the information

Customer Service at its Worse!!!!
