Nedbank Thabong Sebokeng ATM error holding my money since yesterday morning

Yesterday I went to deposit an amount of R5000 ro my brother who's in Cape town for a vacation, I went to Nedbank in thabong shopping centre in sebokeng, I deposited the money at the ATM then it gave me an error message after depositing the money, I went inside the branch for further assistance, they told me to wait until a technician come then everything will be sorted, and to even lodge a complain via the call centre, this was yesterday morning 8h30, now my brother is stranded in Cape Town, they are taking from pillar to post, they can help me at all, they are telling that the technician hasn't come, and Nedbank is short of technicians and there's nothing they can do until a technician comes, only God knows when but for now there's nothing they can do, Imagine a whole Nedbank
