Nedbank - ****test service ever

I am still waiting for Mr Leroy Jacobus from NEDBANK to answer my letter pertaining the Fica information, i am still waiting and he does not answer his office or cellphone- NEDBANK keep on sending me letters to have my account fica'd - how can i do this when there is absolute no communication?????? i have called several times and been transferred 4x times to different persons the last being a AI robot and funny enough it cannot hear me talking - and they disconnected the call I have since then withdrawn all my investments and are investing with another bank.... This is my second complait to Hellopeter
