Nedbank Terrible Service, stay AWAY!!

I phoned your call center on the 27th March and was confidently told that a debit order would be reversed the next day as she could not process it at that moment. I specifically asked should I phone back tomorrow and was told NO.... it has still not been done. What was the point of me being transferred from one department to the next, on the call for 20mins and still no service. Your service is terrible and I am definitely not a happy customer. Do Not Choose Nedbank... you pay ridiculous bank charges and you get pathetic service!!!
