Nedbank terrible service or lack theteof

So much for Covid relief... After requesting our business banker to apply for the bond relief and to thus add the unpaid months to the bond period, we now receive a call threatening legal action as the arrears have not been settled! What an exceptional personal service we have received... Now it's our problem and there is no one to assist!! After we were told that it would be sorted out. Is there anyone useful and responsible there??
