Nedbank Terrible Service

I would not recommend using Nedbank for a home loan. I currently have a home loan with them and for the first time in the years that I've had this loan, I've tried to contact their division. There after service is terrible. Just to get some basic advise and there's no one that helps. I called on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday and each call was around 15 minutes. Each time I was told that they need to access info, their systems are slow so they will call me back. As you can guess, I'm still waiting for each of those calls. I called again on Monday, this time I was asked to hold and after 20 minutes of holding, the call was cut. If you looking at getting a home loan, please think twice before considering nedbank. I wish I had done a bit more research.
