Nedbank Terrible Service

I am very much disappointed with Nedbank service Firstly, couple of months ago I reached out to Nedbank enquirying about their own advert that they finance solar system in partnership with company called AVO, to my surprise none of their consultants knew about the product and how they should assist.I made peace with it maybe it's a **** Nedbank advert since no one could come forward to help

Secondly, I have financed my bond and my bakkie with Nedbank, to my surprise again, nedbank debited twice for my bond. I reached out to Nedbank when I was traveling from Mthatha to Gauteng with long calls over 30 minutes, with absolutely no help.

I arrived in Gauteng and I went to Bryanston Nedbank branch and the branch manager told me, there's nothing he could do.

The money debited was for other commitments like, vehicle insurance, life cover, funeral covers and so on. Due to the incompetency of Nedbank, now i am going to incurr charges due to insufficient funds when other debits try to collect.

I am supposed to be travelling to Limpopo to be with the family but my money is stuck at Nedbank.

I was in the process of opening an account with Nedbank but after all this terrible experience. Nedbank is not where I want to be.
