Nedbank terrible service

I opened and account with nedbank on 7th of July. Since Saturday I've been unable to use my funds due to my account stating pending activation. Whenever I call the customer service I'm being sent from pillar to post. Being told phone tomorrow, go to the branch it's a fica issue which I completely don't understand as my documentation and account was opened at the branch. HOW was my account opened without the necessary documentation I can't even access my funds. ????
