Nedbank terrible service

Apart from Given and Dolly from the Nedbank Scratches and Dents claims, I have not received any service from Nedbank. Went to the Ombudsman and Nedbank made a decision in my favour but still wasn’t willing to assist even though I had sufficient documentation as far as I could provide it. Had to withdraw claim but feel financially prejudiced by the decision but had no other alternative. Very poor service even from Tamlyn who never responds to mails.
