Nedbank - Terrible service.

My girlfriend went under Dept review last month, the dept review agency has sent multiple emails (first one was on the 10th of June) last month to Nedbank regarding this process and stopping the debit orders. But it seems that they are incapable of reading emails and actioning requests accordingly.

The money has been debited off her account the 1st and in result we are sitting with 2k less this month.

The debit order reversal has been submitted on the first of this month and still NOTHING is being done about this.
