Nedbank-Terrible service!

I’ve been trying to get assistance with Nedbank for 2 weeks. After changing phones and trying to get my banking app running again. In and out of their branches daily, calling their call centres, e-mailing them, telling me they would call back in an hour and and get back to me. I’m still waiting for the calls. This is horrific service after years of banking with them. Waiting still!!!!!
