NEDBANK TERRIBLE CHEATING ********

So I opted for a payment holiday with Nedbank which was for 3 months. After the payment holiday I asked if they can maybe extend my loan term and reduce my installment but they said they cant. They also said that even though the rates has come down my interest remains the same. I got an sms last week advising that by load term is extended by 18 months without speaking to me and that my payment amount will remain. I disapproved because how do you add 18 full months to my loan term and u still tell me my installment wont changed. They called me and told me that its due to the payment holiday. the payment holiday is for 3 months so how do you add 18 months to cover my payment holiday and why was this never told to me upfront. I obviously refused because this is day light *******, cheating and they told me well then if i dont accept that 18 months my account will now be in arrears because of the payment holiday and interest added on and i must make arrangements to pay it. I wil never advise anyone to take anything with this ******** called Nedbank, they now used this difficult covid period to **** hard working people and still make money from it. So much people lot their jobs, our spouses lost their jobs and NEDBANK DECIDED TO USE THIS AS AN OPPERUNITY TO COIN IN. NEDBANK YOUS ARE REDICULOUS U WONT GET AWAY WITH ******** YOUR CUSTOMERS FOREVER
