Nedbank terrible and useless services

<p>My girlfriend app**** for a loan in Nedbank on Tuesday... They said it was approved and will receive the money the following day. Thursday they called her to sign a final offer... Still no money they called her on Friday to sign another paper and was promised to get money the following day, instead was called again they said she signed wrong papers. She went there and signed they promised she will get money on Sunday... Sunday came no money, Monday morning was called to sign another papers, was promised to get money same day but up until today no money... Y Nedbank so slow? A simple application took one full week? Terrible service, I'm taking my girlfriend to Capitec can't dzeal...</p>
